A-1. Print media always follow its ethics and rules which are not present in online journalism. This make print media authentic and objective. Language we use in print media is legible so that people can understand it easily. Print media are easily accessible and available . It is available at cheap rates . Q-2. How online media is effecting print media ? A-2. Because it is a fastest spreading media people are getting attracted towards it but they are ignoring the fact that the news spread by it is the distortion of facts and information . In print media news publish one day later . 2. Readership of print media is also getting affected . Q-3. Which medium is more authentic print or online? A-3. Print media is more authentic because once a news is published it can not be changed. There is a long process in collecting news for print media . News passes through various desks in the news room which make it correct and convenient for readers. Anyone can file case if they found the news incorrect. On the other side online media publish news without checking facts only for their profit. Q-4. In today’s era online medium is getting over print media . Print media is diminishing day by day why ? A-4. Nowadays the era is going through a very fast phase . People are getting very busy in their daily chores . That’s why they prefer to read online so that they can save their time . Readership is getting low because one newspaper is read by one whole family. Q- 5. Fake news is circulated by online media what is your take on this ? A-5. There is no accountability for online journalism which makes it unreliable . People are getting misguided and are moving towards wrong directions . Fake news is circulated on daily basis by online medium. Q-6. If there will be any ethics and rules form for online journalism what you want to add in it ? A-6. There should be no distortion of facts . No yellow journalism should be played by online medium only for earning profits. Should restrict to journalism and mass communications ethics and rules. For example- there was one case of gangster Vicky gounder on 26 January he and 2 more gangsters of his group were encountered by police but Dainik Bhaskar in one of its digital edition released this news with distorting the facts . They released that 4gangsters were killed. But in reality 3 were killed. One is alive till now . Message for budding journalists: This is a very good profession. Determination and hardworking attitude is required in this field. Only honest working can make you progress.
