I wrote this after feeling dejected about Priyanka Reddy’s Case. It is a matter of shame that the newspaper daily has atleast 1 case of rape and assault of women in India.
Another sister is burnt alive
But her rapists still abide
We don’t want foreign exchange rates high
We want a nation where violence against women will be seen as a national crime
And the person will be placed into terrorist regime
Allowing panic buttons in buses
Ladies compartment in trains are not enough
Until you kick it with successful signs
Not even a single police man was standing there
When the frail was raped by a cluster
A woman is raped every 20 minutes in india
This is what the government call is “A Smart India”
The rapist are directly hanged in public in Saudi Arbia
Without encountering them on the spot
Our law has legal procedures to follow
Knowing all the fact and truth
What all they demand is hell of a proof
Only for 2 or 3 months the victim’s death is a matter of remorse
Because after that everyone gets busy in doing their own preparations
Don’t provoke us to get into this
Because we are capable enough to punish
O my Democratic nation
